Returns and refunds

SPARTAN RAGE products are printed after ordering using our existing designs. Printing an item after ordering does not remove your statutory consumer rights.

Change of mind and sizing

Unless applicable law gives you cancellation or return rights, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, selecting the wrong size, or colour preference. Please review the size guide before ordering.

Where a statutory cancellation right applies, you may exercise it within the applicable deadline. Eligible EU and UK customers generally have 14 days after delivery to notify us of cancellation and another 14 days to send back the goods. Any longer period or additional rights required by applicable law will apply. Our existing-design products are not treated as personalised solely because they are printed after ordering.

You may inspect and try on goods as you would in a shop. Any deduction for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods will be made only where permitted by law. Original packaging is helpful but is not a condition of exercising statutory rights.

Return shipping

Customers pay the direct cost of return shipping for change-of-mind returns where legally permitted and disclosed before purchase. Returns are sent to the address below in Israel, so international postage may apply. We cover necessary return costs for faulty or incorrect goods where required by law. No restocking fee applies to statutory cancellations.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Email abdallh.un22@hotmail.com promptly with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos where available. Please report problems within 30 days of delivery to help us resolve them through our fulfillment provider. For missing packages, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. These requests do not limit longer legal claim periods or your rights against us.

We will provide a replacement, refund, repair, or other remedy as required by applicable law. We will not require you to accept a replacement where you are legally entitled to a refund. We will tell you if an item needs to be returned.

How to cancel or return an order

Email us with a clear statement that you wish to cancel or return, your name, order number, and the items concerned. Contact us for instructions before sending an item. Statutory cancellation does not depend on our approval, and contacting us does not suspend or shorten your legal deadlines. Do not send returns to a Printful facility without instructions.

Refunds

We process statutory refunds within applicable legal deadlines. For eligible EU and UK withdrawals, we refund without undue delay and within 14 days after being informed of cancellation; where legally permitted, we may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or evidence that they have been sent back, whichever is earlier. We refund standard outbound delivery charges where required. Additional charges for a premium delivery option are not refunded unless required by law. Refunds go to the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, without a refund processing fee.

Cancellation before production

Contact us immediately if you wish to cancel before production begins. Once production starts, we may be unable to stop fulfillment. This does not remove applicable statutory cancellation rights.

Your legal rights

Mandatory consumer rights, including any applicable rights under Israeli law and the law protecting consumers in their country, take precedence over this policy. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
